James has worked across multiple parks throughout the UK and was instrumental in the growth of the Talacre Beach Group, supporting its expansion from one park to six. During this period, the group received multiple Best in Britain awards and recognition as a Sunday Times Top 100 Employer.

James has also been involved in the planning, management, and eventual exit of several parks and has diversified into tourist attractions and leisure facilities. He now applies this experience to advisory work across the holiday park sector.

Having progressed from grass-roots sales roles through to Sales and Marketing Director for one of the UK’s leading luxury lodge park operators, Jamie brings a strong commercial perspective alongside a clear understanding of governance, reputation and long-term value. He works with owners, directors and sales teams to align sales strategy, customer experience and commercial performance, delivering consistent and sustainable results in changing market conditions.

Over the years, Rebecca progressed through senior management roles supporting new store openings for major retailers, before taking on General Manager and senior leadership positions across high-profile visitor and hospitality destinations. This includes roles at Lulworth Estate, Brynteg Holiday Park, Bodnant Welsh Food Centre and Barclays Bank, where she combined hands-on operational oversight with strategic sales leadership and commercial growth.

Today, Rebecca works as a senior advisory consultant within the holiday park sector, supporting clients with performance improvement, team leadership, customer experience and operational standards, using a practical, on-the-ground approach shaped by decades of experience.
